Pullman Kuching, located in the heart of the Kuching Golden Triangle, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor specializing in HVAC systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of the hotel's heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. The Maintenance Supervisor will support the Engineering team in maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities, contributing to the overall guest experience.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC or Engineering-related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or commercial building
Good knowledge of air-conditioning and ventilation systems
Experience in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Good supervisory and team management skills
Able to work independently and respond to emergencies when required
Good communication and coordination skills
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
