This Management Trainee Program seeks two new associates to receive personalised training and mentoring from the CEO, Ian Wong. The program aims to develop trainees into recognised and trusted financial professionals within the Malaysian financial planning industry. Trainees will gain hands-on experience, especially in the first three months, focusing on client communication, financial evaluation, problem-solving, strategy creation, presentation skills, and managerial mindset development. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to clients, conducting financial planning meetings, representing client interests in financial product evaluations, and staying updated with relevant professional skills and knowledge.
