Job Description
J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking motivated and high-potential graduates for its 1-Year Management Trainee Programme. This programme is designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in developing a long-term career in management across various functions including Logistics Operations, Legal, Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing. Trainees will gain hands-on exposure through structured rotations and work closely with experienced professionals, developing essential skills in business operations and leadership.
Throughout the programme, trainees will participate in cross-functional projects, support departmental activities, and complete assigned projects while receiving training and development opportunities. Upon successful completion, trainees will be placed in the Legal Department to further their career development within the function.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with no more than 2 years of working experience.
Minimum CGPA of 3.50 or equivalent.
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Positive attitude, adaptable and willing to learn.
Strong interest in developing a long-term career in management and business operations.
