J&T Express Malaysia is seeking motivated and high-potential graduates for its Management Trainee Programme in Marketing & Network Management. This structured programme offers business rotations and hands-on project exposure aimed at developing future talents in sales, business development, customer management, outlet operations, product development, and logistics network planning.
As a Management Trainee, you will gain practical experience in the express delivery market, complete assigned tasks and project reports, and support the development of sales and network strategies. You will also participate in key account management and new product development projects while identifying business issues and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
