Job Description

As a Management Trainee in Marketing, you will engage in daily interactions with clients to assist them in navigating their documentation needs, including company formation and bank account setup. You will work closely with various internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with documentation for company formation and bank account setup.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the process.
  • Manage client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Support domestic and international travel as needed to meet client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for client interactions.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

Job Requirements

Fresh graduates with strong academic results and leadership skills encouraged to apply.

Candidates with over 2 years of experience in sales and marketing of financial services may qualify for a Business Consultant role.

Must possess a Professional Qualification and/or recognized degree.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Fluency in Mandarin preferred for interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.

Detail-oriented, particularly with documentation.
