
The Management Trainee - Marketing is responsible for assisting clients with their documentation needs and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and may require travel to effectively support clients.
As a Management Trainee in Marketing, you will engage in daily interactions with clients to assist them in navigating their documentation needs, including company formation and bank account setup. You will work closely with various internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.

Candidates with over 2 years of experience in sales and marketing of financial services may qualify for a Business Consultant role.
Must possess a Professional Qualification and/or recognized degree.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fluency in Mandarin preferred for interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented, particularly with documentation.
