Role Summary
The Manager, Credit Planning & Strategy is responsible for aligning credit policies with regulatory requirements and growth strategies to ensure high asset quality. This role involves driving portfolio performance through data analysis and leading digital transformation projects within the Personal Financial Services Credit department.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve reviewing credit policies and analyzing data to enhance portfolio performance. You will work closely with the Head of Personal Financial Services Credit and collaborate with various teams to implement strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and align credit policies with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze portfolio performance data to identify improvement areas.
- Lead digital transformation projects to automate credit evaluation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external credit regulations.
- Monitor and report on asset quality metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for credit risk management.
Job Requirements
Possess a Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of credit management and credit risk experience.
Preferably with minimum Level 1 Chartered Banker Credit certification from AICB.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
