Job Description
The Manager of the General Ledger Tower will lead and manage the GL operations supporting the Malaysia and Singapore markets within the Finance Shared Services Center. This role is responsible for overseeing General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Leasing functions, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and service delivery in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The manager will also coach and develop team members, maintain stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
