Role Summary
The Manager, Income Tracking is responsible for overseeing the tracking of various income streams within the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate revenue management and fostering collaboration across teams.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily activities that involve analyzing income data and collaborating with various departments to ensure effective revenue tracking. You will work in a dynamic environment that values precision and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop succession plans and ensure cross-training across responsibilities to build resilience and agility.
- Manage multiple income streams, including digital, live, AV, and radio.
- Collaborate with external business partners and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze data meticulously to deliver accurate results.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with Performance Rights Organization and international collection society structures.
- Extract and manipulate data from high-volume data files.
Job Requirements
Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience in income/revenue tracking.
2-3 years of supervisory or people management experience.
Experience in music publishing administration or within a PRO is a plus.
Full professional proficiency in English and ideally two APAC languages.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
