In this role, you will oversee tax return compliance with a focus on Korean clients, ensuring KPMG member firms effectively adopt KDN solutions. Responsibilities include managing a diverse team, building client relationships, and developing training programs. You will also coordinate project plans and facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
A recognized university degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance/Computer Science/Data Sciences/Economics
Proficiency in English and Korean
Minimum 6+ years of corporate tax compliance experience
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience with shared services or outsourcing is beneficial
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
