The Manager, Regional Process Lead is responsible for designing processes and workflows for timely recording and reconciliation of Lazada’s transactions from a regional perspective. This role supports the rollout of new initiatives and projects, ensuring smooth transitions and operations while driving efficiencies and automation across ventures.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities focused on process design and implementation, collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement processes for transaction recording and reconciliation.
- Support the rollout of new initiatives and projects.
- Ensure smooth transitions and operations during project implementations.
- Drive efficiencies and automation across various ventures.
- Establish sufficient controls to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve project goals.
- Proactively identify and solve problems to enhance workflows.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing projects/implementations.
Must be fluent in both English and Chinese.
Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
SQL capability is a plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work within tight timeframes and manage multiple priorities.
