Job Description
The role is responsible for designing processes and workflows for timely recording and reconciliation of Lazada’s transactions from a regional perspective. The position focuses on supporting the rollout of new initiatives and projects, ensuring smooth transition and operation, and driving efficiencies and automation across ventures while ensuring sufficient controls to mitigate risks. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Finance– Process Lead (Account Receivables).
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, minimum 5 years’ experience in managing projects/implementations.
Technically competent and operationally hands-on.
Ability to work cross-functionally.
Ability to work within tight timeframes, manage multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility as priorities change.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication (written and verbal) and organization skills.
Inquisitive mind to question status quo and propose improvements using automation tools and improve workflows.
Able to be proactive in solving problems and developing creative solutions.
Must be fluent in both English and Chinese.
Familiar with SAP is a plus.
SQL capability is a plus.
