This role involves owning commercial performance, building genuine partnerships with hotel owners, and diagnosing property underperformance to drive measurable growth. You will lead the acquisition of strategic hotels and leverage market insights to shape the wider country plan.
Job Requirements
At least 3 years in hotel commercial, OTA market management or travel-supply roles with a clear quota record.
Experience independently running a portfolio of hotel accounts and owning commercial outcomes.
Confident negotiation skills with hotel decision-makers.
Ability to analyze market dynamics end to end.
Deep understanding of OTA dynamics: parity, ranking, visibility, and conversion drivers.
Proficient in analytics tools and AI for market research and partner communication.
Strong communication skills with partners and internal teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a track record of commercial delivery.
Fluent in English and the local language of the market.
Established network of independent hotel partners in Southeast Asia.
