The Marketing Support Executive is responsible for coordinating the efforts of the Account Management and Business Development teams. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the quality and accuracy of sales-related information and facilitating smooth processes across various departments.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve collaboration with multiple teams to support sales operations and marketing initiatives. You will manage databases and ensure that all relevant information is accurately recorded and tracked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Account Management and Business Development teams on quotation and proposal submissions.
• Assure quality of all sales-related information in the central document system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to process sales orders and invoices.
• Follow up on accounts receivables with Account Managers and customers.
• Manage marketing databases and CRM systems to track leads and opportunities.
• Identify potential risks and propose improvement actions.
• Process purchase orders from customers and manage billing with cross-functional teams.
