The MarOps Specialist role focuses on maintaining clean and scalable marketing operations that ensure efficient campaign execution and smooth lead lifecycle progression. This position supports marketing automation and CRM integration to improve campaign workflows, troubleshoot automation issues, and maintain data hygiene. The role operates in a collaborative, remote setting and emphasizes operational quality over strategic planning.
Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform (Marketo strongly preferred).
Working understanding of CRM integration (Salesforce experience is a big plus).
Comfort working with automation, workflows, and campaign logic.
Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss.
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote setup.
Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week.
Experience supporting B2B or demand generation teams is a plus.
Familiarity with lead lifecycle models and sales handoff processes is desirable.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email or landing page tweaks is beneficial.
Understanding of email deliverability fundamentals is helpful.
Experience working with webinar platforms (e.g. Goldcast) is advantageous.
