Job Description
The Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Technician performs routine maintenance and troubleshooting of various systems, including air-conditioning, electrical wiring, lighting, generators, and plumbing. The technician works in a dynamic environment, responding to emergencies and coordinating with contractors and suppliers as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair air-conditioning and electrical wiring issues.
- Perform inspections to ensure equipment safety and efficiency.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with contractors.

Job Requirements
