
The Medical Concierge Ambassador is responsible for guiding patients through their medical consultations and assisting with administrative tasks. This role involves significant travel within Kuala Lumpur to facilitate billing and insurance processes while supporting the director with appointments.
The Medical Concierge Ambassador will engage with patients at clinics, ensuring they receive the necessary support during their consultations. The position requires a proactive approach to managing administrative tasks and coordinating with various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Fluent in English and Tamil or Malay.
Ability to work primarily from home with extensive travel around Kuala Lumpur.
Willingness to work a six-day week with flexibility on Saturdays.
Completion of a six-month probation period.
Must have own laptop and car for job duties.
