The Medical Concierge Ambassador will meet patients at clinics, guiding them through consultations and assisting with administrative tasks related to medical billing and insurance claims. The role involves travel within Kuala Lumpur to collect bills and submit insurance forms, coordinate with internal teams, and support the director with appointments.

Job Requirements

Must speak fluent English and Tamil or Malay.

Ability to work primarily from home with extensive travel around Kuala Lumpur.

Willingness to work a six-day week with potential for no Saturday work if tasks are completed early.

Completion of a six-month probation period is required.

Must have own laptop and car for job duties.

Company provides a SIM card with telco charges covered.

Travel allowances for petrol are provided by the company.

Salary is 3,000 RM monthly with increments discussed every six months based on duties undertaken.
