This position is for a Medical Sales Executive based in Johor, responsible for promoting the company's products and achieving sales targets. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers and participating in marketing activities within the assigned territory.
Job Description
The role involves promoting the company's products and informing customers about current promotions. The employee is responsible for achieving sales volumes to meet monthly and annual sales targets and planning work schedules to ensure productive sales visits with clear objectives. Additionally, the role includes developing and maintaining professional relationships with customers in the assigned territory, expanding market share, increasing the customer base, participating in marketing and promotional activities, and providing product briefings to pharmacists and sales assistants.
Job Requirements
Diploma, Degree, or Professional qualification in Science, Biotechnology, Sales, Marketing or equivalent is required.
Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels is necessary.
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in business or marketing is required, preferably in pharmaceuticals, OTC, or healthcare industries.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals are needed.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
Candidate must have an outgoing personality and be proactive in achieving targets.
Solid analytical skills and experience with MS Office, particularly MS Excel, are necessary.
Possession of own transport and willingness to travel outstation are required.
One full-time position is available at Johor (Johor Bahru, Batu Pahat, Segamat).
