The Medical Sales Executive is responsible for promoting the company's products and achieving sales targets. This role involves developing professional relationships with customers and expanding market share in the assigned territory.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage with healthcare professionals and promote our products through effective sales strategies. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires proactive planning and execution of sales visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company's products and inform customers about current promotions.
  • Achieve sales volumes to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Plan work schedules to ensure productive sales visits with clear objectives.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
  • Expand market share and increase the customer base.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
  • Provide product briefings to pharmacists and sales assistants.

Job Requirements

Diploma, Degree, or Professional qualification in Science, Biotechnology, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.

At least 1 to 2 years of experience in business or marketing, preferably in pharmaceuticals, OTC, or healthcare industries.

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Must have an outgoing personality and be proactive in achieving targets.

Possession of own transport and willingness to travel outstation.
