Maxis is seeking a Mid-Market Account Manager to oversee relationships with our Mid-Market clients. This role is critical for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by understanding their requirements and building strong relationships. You will contribute to sustaining and growing our business while ensuring mutual satisfaction through our innovative solutions.
As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you will develop strategic plans, identify potential business deals, and minimize churn rates. You will work closely with the Solution Sales/Pre Sales team to identify new solutions for sustainable account growth, ensuring timely delivery of post-sales activities and maintaining an updated pipeline in CRM.
