You will also play a crucial role in minimizing churn rates and driving operational smoothness in account management.
As a key player in our organization, you will analyze market strategies, protect company information, and assist in the collection of customer accounts. Your ability to maintain an updated CRM pipeline and collaborate closely with Solution Sales and Pre Sales teams will be essential for sustainable account growth and timely delivery of post-sales activities.
