This is a remote role for a subsidiary company in the beauty brand sector, which has skincare products placed in over 2,000 stores in the US. The position involves responsibilities such as order tracking, inventory checks, communication with suppliers and third-party logistics providers, sample shipments, customer service replies, and general operational support to keep processes running smoothly.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track many moving parts simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, 3PL partners, and internal teams.
Basic understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment processes, and shipment tracking.
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely, accurate responses.
Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in identifying issues before they become problems.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, especially in a remote environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly when unexpected situations arise.
Familiarity with common tools such as Google Sheets/Excel, Slack, email, and order management systems.
