Operator – TONG SEH INDUSTRIES SUPPLY

The Operator is responsible for operating and controlling production machines according to standard operating procedures. This role involves ensuring the efficiency and quality of production processes while adhering to safety guidelines in a collaborative work environment.

As an Operator, you will engage in the daily operation of production machines, ensuring they function optimally and produce high-quality products. You will work closely with supervisors and quality control teams to maintain production standards and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Set up machines before production runs, including calibration and adjustments.
• Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities to supervisors.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Record production data, including output and defects.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the production area.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials during production.
