Job Description
Join our E-commerce team at Castlery as an Order Management Specialist, where we are rethinking homes for how people really live. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely order management while utilizing Odoo and WMS to enhance operational excellence and improve logistics performance. Your contributions will help shape the future of living, one thoughtful detail at a time.
You will coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) on daily operations, manage KPI expectations, and maintain close relationships. Your tasks will include monitoring and executing the order management system, reducing order turn time, answering customer inquiries, and providing feedback to delivery partners. We are looking for someone who is proactive and can continuously improve logistics KPIs while performing other job-related duties as assigned.
