Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
8-10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in a shared service environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Excel and relevant financial software.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
