The role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic advertising channels. It also involves leveraging influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand exposure, increase traffic, and drive conversions. The position includes designing and managing integrated paid campaigns, selecting and collaborating with suitable influencers to expand campaign reach and engagement, tracking key performance indicators, and optimizing campaigns to improve performance and return on investment. The role requires collaboration with creative and content teams to produce compelling ad copy, visuals, and influencer content, managing campaign budgets for optimal resource allocation, implementing A/B testing and performance analysis, and staying updated on trends in paid media and influencer marketing to continuously refine strategies.
At least 3 years of experience in paid media advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and DSPs.
Experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations.
Proven success in user acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and improving ad campaign performance.
Strong analytical skills to interpret advertising data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Background in the entertainment industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and project management skills enabling efficient cross-team collaboration.
