As a Part-Time Event Promoter for PRISM+ at HOMEDEC KLCC, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and building customer loyalty. You will proactively follow up on customer queries, respond to complaints, and utilize product promotions to drive sales. Additionally, you will collect competitor information, participate in training for product knowledge, ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards, and maintain accurate sales reporting.
