Role Summary

The Clinic Assistant is responsible for supporting the doctor in skin and medical procedures. This role involves direct patient interaction and administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Job Description

The Clinic Assistant will engage in daily activities that include assisting with patient care and managing clinic operations. The work environment is dynamic, requiring effective communication and multitasking skills to support both clinical and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the doctor with skin and medical procedures.
  • Provide pre and post-treatment care for patients.
  • Manage patient reception and appointment scheduling.
  • Offer clerical support and manage inventory.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and sterilization.
  • Support daily staff and administrative tasks.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the doctor.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification for Clinic Assistant.

Work experience is an advantage.

Proficiency in Malay is required.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus.

Good communication skills are required.

Ability to multitask is required.

Ability to work independently is required.

Interpersonal skills are required.
