Job Description

The Clinic Assistant will assist the doctor with skin and medical procedures, including pre and post-treatment care for patients. Responsibilities also include patient reception, appointment scheduling, clerical support, managing inventory, assisting with clinical or laboratory procedures, maintaining equipment cleanliness and sterilization, supporting daily staff and administrative tasks, upholding patient confidentiality, and performing ad hoc tasks assigned by the doctor.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification for Clinic Assistant.

Work experience is an advantage.

Proficiency in Malay is required.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus.

Good communication skills are required.

Ability to multitask is required.

Ability to work independently is required.

Interpersonal skills are required.
