The PM - Seller Program-General Ops is responsible for leading and driving seller management operations to foster strategic initiatives for seller growth. This role involves designing and implementing seller programs that align with Lazada's strategic goals, impacting the overall performance and sustainability of seller operations.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day management of seller programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective operations and performance tracking. You will oversee project management aspects, including timelines, resources, and budgets, to drive seller success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive seller management operations and related projects.
- Design and implement seller programs that align with Lazada's strategic goals.
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and program operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration.
- Oversee sales performance and revenue management of seller programs.
- Conduct proactive process improvements for sustainable operations.
- Develop and maintain seller-related P&L management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
