As a Pre-Sales / Business Analyst, you will engage with clients to understand their needs and translate them into software solutions. Your role involves preparing proposals, coordinating with tech teams, and ensuring a smooth transition to project teams post-deal closure. You'll also present demos and assist in tender submissions, making sure technical concepts are communicated clearly to clients.
Diploma / Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years experience in pre-sales, business analysis, or client-facing tech role.
Strong communication skills, especially in client interactions.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Experience in preparing proposals and presentations.
Familiarity with software development processes.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
