The Presales Consultant (Generative AI) role involves working directly with clients to understand their challenges and demonstrating how generative AI solutions can address those issues. The consultant will design and refine prompts for large language models, collaborate with technical and sales teams to develop AI solutions, present technical solutions to stakeholders, conduct research and development in generative AI, and develop creative use cases for AI in the banking industry.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree or Diploma in FinTech, Computer Science, Information Technology, Financial Engineering, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
Basic understanding of generative AI including key concepts such as LLMs, tokenization, and model architectures.
Hands-on experience using generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or similar applications.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem-solving mindset with creativity in applying AI to business challenges.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in the evolving field of AI.
Willingness to work at Bangsar South area and travel as required.
