Job Description
The Primary School Teacher will engage in daily teaching activities, creating a dynamic learning atmosphere for students. The role involves lesson planning, classroom management, and fostering student growth through effective teaching strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the curriculum.
- Conduct engaging lessons in English, Mathematics, Science, Malay Language, and Humanities.
- Mark students' work and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare and grade assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Compile and maintain progress reports for each student.
- Supervise students during class and school activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance.
Job Requirements
A Degree in Education or a related discipline is preferred.
Relevant teaching experience, particularly with the Cambridge syllabus, will be an advantage.
Proficiency in English and Malay, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong classroom and student management abilities.
Competency in basic computer applications, including word processing and document preparation.
