
The Principal (Preschool) is responsible for leading the kindergarten team and overseeing daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and smooth workflow. In this role, the Principal will engage in daily management of preschool activities, ensuring a nurturing and safe environment for children. The position requires collaboration with teachers and staff to maintain high teaching standards and effective administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECCE).
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in preschool/kindergarten.
Prior leadership or principal experience is an added advantage.
Strong communication and people management skills.
Responsible, proactive, patient, and good with children.
