As a Procurement Associate, you will be responsible for establishing and executing procurement processes that enhance operational efficiency. This includes developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and implementing automated tracking systems to streamline procurement activities. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure that procurement strategies align with organizational goals, ultimately contributing to cost savings and improved supplier relationships. You will also monitor procurement performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Management Business, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in procurement software and tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
