The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end daily processing of replenishment orders to ensure on-time delivery. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing costs and enhancing supplier collaboration within a dynamic work environment.

The Procurement Executive will engage in daily activities that involve processing orders, tracking deliveries, and collaborating with suppliers to meet procurement goals. This position requires a proactive approach to managing purchase orders and fostering relationships with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end processing of replenishment orders.
• Release orders to suppliers and track delivery timelines.
• Update estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) proactively.
• Follow up closely on purchase orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Achieve cost optimization through effective pricing agreements.
• Develop and execute collaborative programs with suppliers.
• Fulfill all assigned procurement administrative duties efficiently.
• Handle ad-hoc responsibilities as required.
