As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for placing orders and managing them through to delivery and PO close out, including processing invoices. Your primary role will involve procuring and expediting materials, ensuring compliance with specifications and contract pricing, and managing supplier performance in terms of delivery, quality, and service. You will also coordinate with various stakeholders to align project priorities and conduct necessary meetings with suppliers.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent
Good communication skills and understanding of material requirements based on project needs
Experience with procurement tools such as SAP, Power BI, and Ariba
Ability to manage supplier relationships and conduct performance reviews
