Job Description
As a Product Advisor in the Beauty sector at Amway, you will engage with customers daily, assisting them with beauty-related inquiries and ensuring a welcoming store environment. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Artistry Studio and maintaining inventory levels to provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide beauty-related product advisory and service to ABO/APC.
- Assist in the Artistry Studio as needed.
- Perform simple beauty-related diagnosis tools.
- Arrange products on shelves according to guidelines.
- Monitor shelves inventory and participate in stock counts.
- Maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
- Locate products for customers.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in retail or customer service.
Knowledge of beauty products and trends.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
