Role Summary
The Product Solution Manager is responsible for leading presales activities for POS and AIDC product solutions. This role involves ensuring demo units are well-managed and ready for allocation while providing technical consultation and developing solution proposals for software partners.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day presales activities, collaborating with vendors and partners to meet sales targets. You will also conduct product training and workshops for both partners and internal staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead presales activities for POS and AIDC product solutions.
- Manage demo units and ensure they are ready for allocation.
- Provide technical consultation to software partners.
- Develop solution proposals tailored to client needs.
- Liaise with vendors to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct product training sessions for partners and internal staff.
- Organize workshops to enhance product knowledge and skills.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Engineering, IT, or Business.
5+ years of presales or solution experience in POS, AIDC, or IT distribution.
Strong vendor and partner management skills.
Excellent communication and solution-selling capability.
Experience in POS & AIDC Distributors / Solution Providers is an advantage.
