As a Product Solution Manager, you will lead presales activities for POS and AIDC product solutions, ensuring demo units are well-managed and ready for allocation. You will provide technical consultation and develop solution proposals for software partners, while also liaising with vendors to meet sales targets. Conducting product training and workshops for both partners and internal staff will be key to your role, ensuring everyone is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Engineering, IT, or Business
5+ years presales or solution experience in POS, AIDC, or IT distribution
Strong vendor and partner management skills
Excellent communication and solution-selling capability
Experience in POS & AIDC Distributors / Solution Providers is an advantage
