Production Executive – FFM Flour Mills (Sabah) Sdn Bhd

The Production Executive will oversee mill and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and driving continuous improvement in production processes. This role involves planning manpower requirements and supervising teams to meet production targets.

Oversee mill and warehouse operations in coordination with respective section heads. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures. Work closely with QA to ensure products meet quality and specification standards. Drive continuous improvement in production processes, infrastructure, and efficiency. Plan and manage manpower requirements across operations and distribution. Supervise and motivate teams to achieve daily production targets. Conduct risk assessment and operational forecasting for projects and operations. Implement and enforce workplace health and safety guidelines.
