The Production Officer is responsible for creating and organizing production schedules to meet targets and deadlines. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency of the entire production process within the manufacturing environment.

In this role, the Production Officer will engage in daily monitoring and recording of production data, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. The position requires collaboration with various departments to address any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and organize production schedules to meet targets.
• Accurately record and monitor daily production data including output quantities and material usage.
• Manage raw materials, by-products, stock, and inventory.
• Obtain output information such as finished product quantities and defect rates.
• Prepare status and performance reports for management review.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve production-related issues.
• Maintain accurate production records to ensure compliance and efficiency.
