Job Description
As a Production Supervisor, you will supervise and lead production operators to achieve daily output, quality, productivity, cycle time, and delivery targets. You will plan and monitor daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations through effective manpower allocation, machine utilization, and material flow. Your role will also involve identifying and resolving production issues in collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Management teams.
Job Requirements
SPM, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification/experience in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Metal Stamping, Injection Moulding, or Assembly.
Good knowledge of production processes, manpower planning, quality control, and continuous improvement.
Basic knowledge of ISO, 5S, safety, and production documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
