This role is for a Production Supervisor located in Pulau Indah, Klang, within a leading agribusiness group in the Asia Pacific Region. The company operates in agrochemicals, fertilizers, processed food manufacturing and distribution, oil palm, tropical fruit plantations, and real estate development. The Production Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and reporting daily production line performance, overseeing process control parameters, assigning tasks to workers, ensuring adherence to process flows, safety measures, and regulations, managing machinery breakdowns and minor maintenance, maintaining good housekeeping, and providing guidance and on-the-job training to workers.
