1–3 years in production, events, or advertising
Strong organisational and multitasking ability
Proficient in Google Workspace / MS Office
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.)
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Flexibility for occasional evenings / weekends (shoot days)
