The coordinator manages events and special projects to ensure timely and quality delivery, supervises project tasks, and engages in customer activities to promote services and maintain relationships. This role contributes to growing the business by developing and implementing strategies, ensuring high standards in course content and delivery, and assessing project risks to provide solutions.
Proficiency in G Suite applications and Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong understanding and working knowledge of internet, social media, chats, applications.
Team player but also able to work independently to complete tasks.
Proficiency in analysing and solving problems creatively.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Good communication skills: verbal or non-verbal.
Mandarin language proficiency, both written and reading, as Chinese language training is organized.
Self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to meet goals with minimal supervision.
