Project Executive – AiChat Sdn Bhd

The Project Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery of AI solutions for enterprise clients. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects across the APAC region.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day project coordination, working closely with the Customer Success team to facilitate the implementation of chatbot and voice AI solutions. You will be part of a dynamic environment that emphasizes teamwork and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate project activities and resources to achieve project goals.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of project documentation and reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
• Support the implementation of Agile methodologies in project management.
