Job Description
The Purchasing Manager is responsible for managing the procurement process and providing production input for Point-of-sale-Material (POSM), displays, and campaign setups. This role ensures optimal vendor sourcing, cost efficiency, and smooth coordination between creative intent and production feasibility.
Job Requirements
4 to 8 years of experience in procurement, production, or fabrication within the marketing, activation, or POSM industry.
Strong knowledge of materials, printing processes, structural assembly, and production lead times.
Good negotiation skills, cost sensitivity, and supplier relationship management.
Able to read and understand structural drawings or dielines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quotation documentation.
Independent, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Production Management, Industrial Design or any related field.
Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.
