Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the procurement process, ensuring that all materials and resources are sourced efficiently to meet production needs. You will collaborate closely with various teams to align creative concepts with practical production capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process for POSM and related materials.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency.
- Analyze production lead times and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure feasibility of designs.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for ongoing support.
- Monitor market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities.
Job Requirements
4 to 8 years of experience in procurement, production, or fabrication within the marketing, activation, or POSM industry.
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Production Management, Industrial Design or any related field.
Strong knowledge of materials, printing processes, structural assembly, and production lead times.
Good negotiation skills and cost sensitivity.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quotation documentation.
Able to read and understand structural drawings or dielines.
Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.
