Job Description
The QA/QC Inspector is responsible for inspecting and testing products according to established procedures. This role involves maintaining inspection records, quality documents, codes, standards, and specifications, as well as using a caliper to measure product dimensions for quality assessment. The inspector ensures effective documentation control in line with ISO standards and collaborates with production and sales departments regarding quality issues and customer feedback. The position also includes managing quality-related issues within the manufacturing team, promptly reporting inspection rejections, supporting company KPIs, and recommending corrective and preventive actions for continual improvement.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM or a Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Understanding of IPQC processes, familiarity with ISO standards, and basic quality tools are required.
Candidate must have strong project management skills.
A positive attitude towards learning is necessary.
Candidate must be able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in English and Malay languages is required.
Ability to work independently is essential.
Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills are required.
Interpersonal communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in precision companies.
