Job Description
The QA/QC Inspector conducts daily inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet quality standards. This position involves maintaining detailed inspection records and collaborating with various departments to address quality issues and customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities: - Inspect products according to established procedures. - Maintain inspection records and quality documents. - Measure product dimensions using calipers for quality assessment. - Ensure documentation control in line with ISO standards. - Collaborate with production and sales departments regarding quality issues. - Manage quality-related issues within the manufacturing team. - Report inspection rejections promptly. - Support company KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM or a Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Understanding of IPQC processes and familiarity with ISO standards.
Strong project management skills.
Proficiency in English and Malay languages.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
