QA/QC Inspector – Weng Seng Engineering Corporation

The QA/QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring that materials, components, and finished products meet specified quality standards. This role involves conducting inspections throughout the fabrication process to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.

In this position, you will perform detailed inspections of products and materials, utilizing precision measuring equipment and visual assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications. You will work closely with various teams to investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed inspections of materials, components, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections at various stages of the fabrication process to identify and address quality issues promptly.
• Utilize precision measuring equipment and visual inspections to verify product dimensions, weld quality, and overall conformity to design specifications.
• Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues, collaborating with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Verify and maintain the accuracy of measuring instruments, equipment, and machines used, ensuring consistent measurement results.
• Ensure products adhere to customer specifications, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality policies.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance procedures to maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.
