Job Description
As a Quality Control Executive, you will monitor and drive key operational KPIs related to network and last-mile performance, including on-time delivery and parcel loss rate. You will prepare performance reports, analyze root causes, and conduct review sessions with regional teams. Additionally, you will travel to branches to guide managers on KPI logic and conduct training on quality control requirements. Your role will also involve communicating performance results to stakeholders and supporting new operational initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in logistics / operations / performance management (fresh graduates welcome)
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Good communication skills and willingness to travel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
