The Quality Control Executive is responsible for monitoring and driving key operational KPIs related to network and last-mile performance. This role significantly impacts the efficiency of delivery operations and ensures high-quality service standards are maintained across the organization.

As a Quality Control Executive, you will engage in daily monitoring of operational performance metrics and collaborate with regional teams to enhance service delivery. Your role will involve preparing performance reports, analyzing data, and providing training to branch managers on quality control practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and drive key operational KPIs related to network and last-mile performance.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports to identify root causes of issues.
• Conduct review sessions with regional teams to discuss performance results.
• Travel to branches to guide managers on KPI logic and quality control requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for branch managers on quality control practices.
• Communicate performance results to stakeholders effectively.
• Support new operational initiatives to enhance service delivery.
