
The Quality Manager - KDN ACDC is responsible for assessing existing processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement. This role involves advising clients on quality deviations and collaborating with teams to implement quality standards and expectations.
In this role, the Quality Manager will engage in day-to-day activities that include facilitating training sessions and preparing reports on quality initiatives. The work environment is collaborative, requiring strong communication and teamwork to achieve quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in compliance, taxation, and financial analysis.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, CMMI, ITIL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage quality controls and KPIs.
Experience in data analysis or business analysis.
