Quality Senior Supervisor Malaysia at CMA CGM Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur

The Quality Senior Supervisor is responsible for implementing and maintaining the QHSE management system to ensure compliance with various standards. This role involves engaging with stakeholders and leading internal audits to enhance quality and safety across operations.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the QHSE management system, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and facilitating a culture of continuous improvement. You will work in a dynamic environment that values innovation and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the QHSE management system in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS 9120, GDP, GDPMD, and other related standards.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and lead the Internal QHSE Audit Cycle, ensuring timely completion of yearly internal audits.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including external parties, regarding QHSE matters and audit schedules.
• Provide support to departments in resolving customer complaints and internal audit findings promptly.
• Conduct training and briefings on QHSE-related subjects for new and existing employees.
• Administer and maintain CEVA's Document Control Management, ensuring proper registration and updates of documents.
• Review and update Malaysia QHSE documents to reflect the latest practices and procedures.
