Job Description
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects. The role also involves analyzing project costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings. Familiarity with CAD drawing and proficiency in English spoken and written are required.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, preferably with a certificate related to Quantity Surveying.
Preferably a minimum of 2 to 5 years relevant working experience, preferably as a Quantity Surveyor or Contract Executive.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to lead, organize, coordinate, manage, work independently with minimum supervision, and be responsible and efficient.
