Job Description
In this position, the Quantity Surveyor will engage in day-to-day activities that involve preparing bills of quantities and collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate cost management. The work environment is dynamic, requiring effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and manage bills of quantities.
- Prepare tender documents and assist in the tendering process.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor project expenditures and provide regular updates.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and costs.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Preferably a minimum of 2 to 5 years relevant working experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Contract Executive.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to lead, organize, and manage tasks independently.
Strong sense of responsibility and efficiency.
