The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing costs and supporting the Project Sales team in construction and interior projects. This role involves preparing quotations, managing documentation, coordinating with suppliers, and collaborating with designers and project managers to ensure project execution.
Job Description
The Senior Quantity Surveyor supports the Project Sales team by preparing project quotations, managing pre-contract documentation, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring execution of interior and construction projects. The role involves cost analysis, tender submissions, material specification, sample preparation, project budget management, site visits, and collaboration with designers and project managers.
Job Requirements
Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Being multilingual, especially in Chinese speaker, would be an advantage.
Familiarity with interior design, budgeting, and cost control is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Windows-based software.
Able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Basic understanding of contractual matters and project documentation.
Confident, proactive, and able to manage deadlines under pressure.
