Role Summary
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for supporting the Project Sales team by managing project quotations and documentation. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful execution of interior and construction projects through effective cost management and collaboration.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve cost analysis, tender submissions, and project budget management while collaborating with various stakeholders. You will also conduct site visits and ensure that all project specifications are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare project quotations and manage pre-contract documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Conduct cost analysis and manage project budgets effectively.
- Submit tenders and prepare material specifications.
- Perform site visits to monitor project progress and compliance.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to align project goals.
- Ensure execution of interior and construction projects meets quality standards.
Job Requirements
Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Multilingual abilities, especially in Chinese, are an advantage.
Familiarity with interior design, budgeting, and cost control.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Windows-based software.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Basic understanding of contractual matters and project documentation.
